What is Starting Strength?
Starting Strength is the classic novice linear progression: two alternating workouts built from the squat, press, bench press, deadlift, and power clean, working in sets of five and adding weight every session while progress is still fast.
LiftLab keeps track of which day is next, applies each weight jump, and rounds to the plates you own, so the only decision left is whether you made your reps.
