What is the Juggernaut Method?

The Juggernaut Method is a 16-week strength program built around your training max — 90% of your 1RM. It runs four four-week waves in order: 10s, 8s, 5s, then 3s. Each wave moves week by week through Accumulation, Intensification, Realization, and a Deload, and the heavier waves push your top-end strength while the early waves build a volume base.

The Realization week finishes on an AMAP (as-many-as-possible) set. The reps you beat the wave's standard by decide how much you add to your training max before the next wave, so the whole 16 weeks self-adjusts to how you actually perform.
