Reddit PPL push / pull / legs.

What is Reddit PPL?

Reddit PPL is a six-day push/pull/legs routine that became a community staple for intermediates. It pairs main barbell lifts run with AMRAP-style top sets and weight progression against accessory work that climbs on double progression.

LiftLab tracks the six-day rotation, manages main-lift progression and accessory double progression, and rounds everything to your plates so the high-frequency split stays on the rails.
