What is GZCLP?
GZCLP is a beginner-to-early-intermediate linear progression organised into tiers: a heavy T1 main lift (5×3+), a higher-rep T2 secondary lift (3×10), and T3 accessories (3×15+). When you miss the reps on a tier, you move to the next rep-scheme stage instead of stalling outright.
LiftLab follows the tier logic, manages the stage drops, and does the plate math, so GZCLP runs without you tracking it on paper.
How LiftLab runs GZCLP
- T1 / T2 / T3 tiers tracked separately
- Automatic stage drops when you miss reps
- Plate-rounded working weights
- Built-in rest timer
- Progress and PR tracking per lift
Who it's for
Beginners and early intermediates who want more volume and a built-in stall mechanism than a plain 5×5 offers.
