Need a hand with LiftLab?

Most things are quicker to fix yourself, so start below. If that does not cover it, email us and a person will read it.

Fix it yourself

  1. Cancel a subscriptionSubscriptions are handled by the store you bought them from, not inside LiftLab. Use Google Play subscriptions or Apple subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium keeps working until the period you already paid for ends.
  2. Premium did not appear after payingOpen the Account screen and give it a moment to refresh. If the store took the payment, access comes back on its own once the app can reach the store again.
  3. Moving to a new phoneWith Premium, sign in to the same LiftLab account on the new device to sync your data. For a free manual transfer, save a backup on the old device and restore it on the new one. The manual file includes your library and the last two months of workouts, without body metrics or photos. Restoring replaces the programs and history already in the app rather than merging them, so restore before you start logging on the new phone.
  4. Delete your accountFollow the steps on the account deletion page. Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription — do both if you want both.

Report a problem from the app

LiftLab can send a bug report or a suggestion straight from Settings — look for Report a bug and Send a suggestion. Reports sent that way arrive with the details needed to reproduce the problem, so prefer them when the app still opens. If that does not work, email us instead.

Never send a password or full payment details. We will never ask for them, and we do not need them to help you.

Ask the community

Questions, feature ideas and training talk are welcome in r/LiftLabApp, the LiftLab community on Reddit. Bug reports can go there too, where other lifters can confirm them. Everything posted there is public, so keep your account, purchases and personal data out of it and use the in-app report or email for those.

Your data and the fine print

What LiftLab stores, what leaves your device and how long it is kept are set out in the Privacy Policy. The Terms of Use cover subscriptions and acceptable use.

LiftLab is a training tool. It is not a medical service and not a substitute for individual coaching.
